Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Coconut Rum
  • 1.5 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz Cream of Coconut
  • 0.5 oz Lime Juice
  • Ice
  • Pineapple wedge and cherry for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Combine coconut rum, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and lime juice in a blender with a scoop of ice.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a chilled hurricane or highball glass.
  4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry.
