Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Apple Brandy or Calvados
- 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz Cardamom Syrup (make simple syrup infused with crushed cardamom pods)
- Top with Warm or Chilled Apple Cider
- Garnish: Cinnamon stick and a thin lemon wheel
- Ice (if serving chilled)
Instructions:
- If serving warm: Combine apple brandy, lemon juice, and cardamom syrup in a heat-proof mug. Top with warm apple cider and stir.
- If serving chilled: Combine apple brandy, lemon juice, and cardamom syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Top with chilled apple cider.
