Ingredients:
- 2 oz Smoked Bourbon (or regular bourbon with a dash of liquid smoke)
- 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 0.75 oz Maple Syrup
- 1 Egg White (optional, for foam)
- Dash of Aromatic Bitters
- Ice
- Lemon twist or charred rosemary sprig for garnish
Instructions:
- If using egg white, combine smoked bourbon, lemon juice, maple syrup, and egg white in a shaker without ice. Dry shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled rocks glass.
- Dash aromatic bitters on top and garnish with a lemon twist or a charred rosemary sprig.
