Ingredients:
- 2 oz Rye Whiskey
- 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 0.75 oz Maple Syrup
- 1 Egg White (optional, for foam)
- Angostura Bitters
- Ice
Instructions:
- If using egg white, combine rye whiskey, lemon juice, maple syrup, and egg white in a shaker without ice. Dry shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass.
- Dash Angostura bitters on top for aroma and color.
