Server Side Sangria

A robust and scalable sangria, perfect for handling heavy traffic.

Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle (750ml) Red Wine (e.g., Merlot or Cabernet Sauvignon)
  • 1/2 cup Brandy
  • 1/4 cup Orange Liqueur (e.g., Cointreau or Triple Sec)
  • 2 Oranges, sliced
  • 1 Apple, diced
  • 1 cup Mixed Berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2-4 tbsp Brown Sugar (to taste)
  • Club Soda (optional, for serving)
  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. In a large pitcher, combine red wine, brandy, orange liqueur, and brown sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves.
  2. Add sliced oranges, diced apple, and mixed berries.
  3. Stir well and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow flavors to meld.
  4. Serve over ice, topped with a splash of club soda if desired.
